Biji Salak




Ingredients: 
200 grams of glutinous rice flour 
Wheat starch 125 g 
100 ml Water 
1 / 2 teaspoon salt 
Water 1 tbsp lime 

Kuah: 
Sugar 250 grams dark red color 
1 tsp rice flour 
200 ml thick coconut milk 
700 ml Water 
2 pieces of pandan leaves 

How to Make: 
Knead sticky rice flour, starch, salt, lime and water until smooth and can dipulung. 
Rounded mix of somewhat oval marble done until all dough is gone. Set aside. 
Boil 1000 ml of water until boiling, then enter the already formed dough into boiling water one by one until floating. 

Kuah: 
Boil sugar, water and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves, remove and strain. 
Boil sugar solution again, then move the seeds in boiled sugar barked, reduce heat, cook until absorbed. If you want to be appointed, dissolve sticky rice flour with little water, then put in the sugar solution. 
Stir until thickens, add the thick coconut milk last, or can also be added at the time served it
