Mango milkshake



Ingredients:
1. 500 g mango
2. 100 ml lemon juice
3. 250 ml milk
4. 250 ml soda water
5. 50 ml sugar syrup
6. 4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream

how to make:
1. Wash and peel mango. Rough cut.
2. Store in the refrigerator with milk and soda water.
3. Process all ingredients into the blender. Repeat 1-2 times until all the ingredients well blended.
4. Serve with extra ice cream or ice cubes if liked.

Es Krim Kelapa Muda



Ingredients:
100 ml of coconut water
700 ml fresh milk
pink dye
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
3 chicken egg yolk, beaten
200 g young coconut meat, finely dredging
100 ml heavy cream

How to make:
Mix the coconut water and milk. Mix well.
Give a few drops of pink coloring and stir well. Jerangkan over low heat while stirring until hot.
Pour a solution of cornstarch, stirring until thick and boiling.
Take a little dough, mix with egg yolk. Pour back into the batter. Cook until boiling. Lift, stir until the fumes away and become warm.
Add coconut cream and stir well. Pour into a container.
Store in freezer until half frozen. Remove and stir well.
Save back in the freezer until frozen.
Sendoki in serving glasses. Serve cold.



Biji Salak




Ingredients: 
200 grams of glutinous rice flour 
Wheat starch 125 g 
100 ml Water 
1 / 2 teaspoon salt 
Water 1 tbsp lime 

Kuah: 
Sugar 250 grams dark red color 
1 tsp rice flour 
200 ml thick coconut milk 
700 ml Water 
2 pieces of pandan leaves 

How to Make: 
Knead sticky rice flour, starch, salt, lime and water until smooth and can dipulung. 
Rounded mix of somewhat oval marble done until all dough is gone. Set aside. 
Boil 1000 ml of water until boiling, then enter the already formed dough into boiling water one by one until floating. 

Kuah: 
Boil sugar, water and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves, remove and strain. 
Boil sugar solution again, then move the seeds in boiled sugar barked, reduce heat, cook until absorbed. If you want to be appointed, dissolve sticky rice flour with little water, then put in the sugar solution. 
Stir until thickens, add the thick coconut milk last, or can also be added at the time served it

Ice avocado


 

Ingredients: 
1 medium avocado fruit 
5 teaspoons sugar 
1 tablespoon ice cream 
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup from Nestle or any other brand 
ice cubes to taste

How to make: 
Halve the avocado, then dredging with a spoon, insert 
  in the glass. 
Blend the avocado with a spoon mash 
After a fairly smooth (optional) Mix sugar, ice cream and 
  chocolate syrup. 
Stir until blended, then add ice cubes and a little water. 
Stir until mixed and ready to serve

Es Pelangi




Ingredients:
1. 250 ml thick coconut milk
2. 1 1 / 2 tablespoons cornstarch
3. Dilute 450 ml coconut milk
4. 150 ml of water
5. 250 gr sugar
6. salt
7. Pomegranate seeds 250 gr
8. 15 ripe jackfruit seeds (finely diced)
9. ice cubes to taste

How to Make:
1. Stir in thick coconut milk, salt, cornmeal and steam for 30 minutes until cooked. Lift, let cool. Diced 2 cm.
2. Bring to a boil thin coconut milk, water, sugar, cook until sugar dissolves, stirring, stirring so that milk is not broken. Remove and let cool.
3. In a glass serving pieces put cornstarch, pomegranate seeds, and jackfruit. Pour the coconut milk, mix well.
Serve with ice cubes.

Es Teler




Ingredients:
1 can of young coconut (young coconut meat in syrup)
1 can of jackfruit (jack fruit in syrup)
1 teaspoon Vanilla / vanilla
4 avocados
granulated sugar to taste
1 / 4 teaspoon fine salt
1 quart milk / vitamin D milk (whole milk)
ice cubes to taste

How to make:
Drain the young coconut and jackfruit (water / sirupnya not removed)
Cut young coconut and jackfruit to taste
Mix the coconut again and jackfruit that had been cut with
sirupnya earlier.
Halve avocados and rake with a spoon and then input into
mixture of jackfruit and young coconut.
Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt to taste.
Serve with ice cubes.
